Catholic Board Appoints New Superintendent of Education

July 27, 2015 (Brant, Haldimand, Norfolk) - The Brant Haldimand Norfolk Catholic District School Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Daly to the position of Superintendent of Education.

Mr. Daly, a secondary school administrator for 12 years with the Halton Catholic District School Board, will be joining the Board’s senior administrative team effective August 17, 2015. His areas of responsibility will include secondary school operations, program and curriculum, student success initiatives, continuing education, academic staffing and labour relations.

“The trustees welcome Mr. Daly to the Board. His experience in Human Resources and Labour Relations is a benefit, as is his past involvement in capital improvement initiatives,” said Chair of the Board Rick Petrella. “Mr. Daly was selected from a group of highly qualified candidates and we are confident that his knowledge, varied experience, and passion for Catholic education will enrich our system.”

Pat brings a wealth of experience to our district that is exemplified by a track record for improving student achievement, committing to faith formation, and building strong relationships,” said Director Chris N.
