If, in the opinion of the principal and the caretaker, the premises has not been used properly or has been left in an unsatisfactory condition, the permit holder may be required to pay an additional cleaning time fee.
Every permit holder must supply and provide proof of valid insurance. If applicable, a flushing fee of $53.64 will be applied to bookings in schools that require flushing.
Every booking is subject to a $5.00 maintenance fee. This fee is applied directly to cost recovery expenses only and is subject to change upon the end-of-year review of Community Use of Schools booking expenditures. It the maintenance fee is scheduled to change, the public will be notified in advance, via the Community Use of Schools Online Booking System.
There is a non-refundable ten dollar ($10) fee for an electronic key/swipe card which is issued to the permit holder. This card will provide access to the facility based on the specific location and times approved on the permit. Once the life of the permit has expired, the key will no longer be active. Keys can be reactivated each year for permits that are renewed. The key fee is part of the permit costs.
